Job Safety Assessment –
Input Job Details, perform checklist for PPE/Safety Requirements
During Job Safety Assessment –
Uses Location Services to find closest hospital options while you are in the field.
Once done, you will fill out daily field ticket to see who was at Job Site and from which departments.
Input employees and if per diem applies for overnight trips.
Other Forms:
Mechanic’s daily tickets to log maintenance performed on equipment
Exodus Energy Incident Report
Report if near misses, or accidents happen to prevent safety incidents.
